This class is appropriate for couples & individuals looking to improve their erotic lives as well as therapists & health care professionals.
This teleclass will discuss ways that couples and individuals can use the newest research in love and desire to create a passionate connection in relationship. There are studies that show that couples who have a satisfying sex life have lower rates of divorce and report higher levels of satisfaction. These couples may also have fewer affairs, seek outside erotic stimulation less often, and bring home their sexual needs and desires more commonly than couples who are dissatisfied with their erotic life. This class will help participants understand what it takes to express needs, fantasies and desires and why that can decrease anxiety in the partner as well as the partnership. Find out how to access that fantasy life and more importantly feel comfortable sharing it.
