I am so lucky to be sending you this Happy Valentine from Paris, the city of love. With an open heart and so much appreciation for how you have touched my life, thank you, and I wish you happiness and love this February 14th and all year long.
If you don’t have a lover on lover’s day, take the time to appreciate your family, a friend, or someone less fortunate than you.

Sit quietly and visualize warm, red or pink light around and inside your heart space. Imagine it getting brighter. Now, send it out into the room. Now, send it to someone who needs healing. Now, exhale it out around the world and visualize it healing and surrounding the planet. Inhale and breath love. Say thank you to your heart!
