Whether you’re trying to save your marriage after infidelity or you’ve moved on and married someone else, it can be very difficult to let go of the hurts that occurred in the past. Unless these hurts are dealt with and dismissed, it will be impossible to truly start over and have a healthy relationship. Questions to ask about your own healing: Why do you feel this way? What led to your negativity? Who was involved? Work through the process by accepting the pain of the past and practicing forgiveness toward your partner and yourself, which will lead to healing.
