Once a cheater always a cheater?

A new research study out of University of Denver indicates that behaviors tend to repeat from one relationship to another – cheaters are 3.5 times more likely to cheat again, those who were cheated on are more likely to be cheated on again. I think these results point to a relationship dynamic in American culture that encourages cheating. If couples take the time and energy to look at what brought them to the affair, they can halt this relationship dynamic in it’s tracks, preventing further heartbreak.
