Sex as exercise? Sounds like fun to me!

We all know how important satisfying sex is to mental health and relationship satisfaction. The great news is it’s good for our bodies too. All that effort working up a sweat in the bedroom is a great way to burn calories if you can’t get to the gym. According to The NY Times in “Sex as exercise“, depending on how vigorous the activity, sex could be considered moderate to even significant exercise!
